Sergei Safonov Appointed the Member of the Board for Corporate Business of JSC Bank Forum Commerzbank Group
As a board member Sergei Safonov will be in charge of corporate banking business. Prior to joining Bank Forum Commerzbank Group Sergei Safonov worked as Principal and Head of Kyiv office at Roland Berger, one of the world's leading strategy consulting firms. With his seven year experience in management consulting, Mr. Safonov is an expert in financial services industry with the focus on strategy development, organization and business processes improvements, post-merger integration. He also has experience in intellectual property and patent litigation with an international law firm Weil Gotshal and Manges LLP in Menlo Park, California, United States.
Mr. Safonov graduated from Novosibirsk State University (Russia) with a major in Economics and Sociology, he holds MA Degree in Political Science from Stanford University (USA) and an MBA from London Business School (United Kingdom).
