Joint Stock Commercial Bank “Forum” Changes its Title
The General JSCB “Forum” Shareholder’s Meeting took a decision to change the official title of the Bank: Joint Stock Commercial Bank “Forum” into PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY «BANK FORUM», and to amend JSCB “Forum” Statute in its new edition in order to have the Bank’s activity meet the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Joint Stock Companies”.
According to requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Joint Stock Companies” and the Decision of General JSCB “Forum” Shareholder’s Meeting on Apirl 19, 2009 JSCB “Forum” state-registered its new Statute, received new Certificate of State Registration of a Public Joint Stock Company and made a corresponding entry into the Single State Register of Juridical Persons and Individual Entrepreneurs.
PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY «BANK FORUM» is a legal successor of all rights and obligations of Joint Stock Commercial Bank “Forum”. All agreements signed prior to change of the Bank’s title remain effective. Bank accounts and registered address of the Bank remain unchanged.
The full official title of the Bank from April 19, 2010 shall be the following:

English – PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY «BANK FORUM».The short official title of the Bank shall be the following:

Russian – ÏÀÎ «ÁÀÍÊ ÔÎÐÓÌ»
English – PJSC «BANK FORUM».Summary:
